What is the warranty on my watch?

Your W Zelezniak watch is covered by a 24-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects or faulty components.

• If a defect occurs within 24 months, we will replace the watch with an equivalent model or offer a full store credit towards another timepiece.

However, the warranty does not cover the following:

• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts)

• Environmental damage (e.g., extreme temperatures, chemicals)

• Water damage – Watches must be used within their specified water resistance rating. Any water entry beyond the recommended limits will void the warranty.

• Fogged-up glass – Moisture or condensation inside the watch is not covered, as this can occur due to accidentally leaving out the crown on your watch or improper water exposure.

• Wear and tear on bands or pins – These are considered normal usage-related issues.
