How long will it take to get my watch?

 Watches that are in stock will be sent by Australia post with-in one to two business days. If the address is in Australia, standard delivery can be expected from 3-5 business days or Express delivery will be 1-2 Business Days from the date you receive your tracking number via email. 




What is your change of mind policy?


Once you receive the watch, you have 30 days to decide if it’s right for you, as we want you to feel happy and confident with your watch. Please keep all plastics on watch allowing for no scratches on the metal parts. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if there is any signs of wear and tear or if the watch has been worn.

If you wish to return it, please send us an email with your order number and reason, and we will reply back to you within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you instructions to provide you with a hassle-free return! Return postage is at your expense.


What is the warranty on my watch?

Your W Zelezniak watch is covered by a limited 24-month warranty for defective or faulty components or manufacture. That means within 24 months of the original purchase date, if something goes wrong that wasn’t because of how it was being used, or from an accident, we will replace it for you with an equivalent watch or offer a Full Refund. 



This warranty doesn’t cover accidental, environmental damage, Water damage or the bands/pins. If you wish to claim the warranty on your watch, you must be the original purchaser from W Zelezniak. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Once your claim has been assessed we will be in contact with you to advise of the next steps in the process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.



The faulty Watch would need to be returned to

Can I talk to someone directly?

 Of course! You can find our email on our contact page. Send us an email and someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Please advise if you consider the matter urgent note it within your email and we will endeavour to assist you as quickly as we can.


How do I adjust my watch band with links?

We advise that you take your watch to experts at any jeweller or watch kiosk to get your band adjusted at a price range of $10 - $15. This will ensure that the process is done correctly. 


Will Limited Editions be re-stocked?

 No, they will never be re-made. Once they are sold out they will not be re-stocked. The reasons for this are: They are numbered and limited, to reward those that are lucky enough to purchase one, and to hold their value.


Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. W ZELEZNIAK cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


Are W ZELEZNIAK watches waterproof?

Our Womens styles are water resistance of 5 ATM (50 Metres) and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

Our Mens watches have a 10 ATM (100 Metres) rating and can be taken swimming at the surface or snorkeling at a shallow depth, but cannot be taken SCUBA diving.

Our Swiss Made Divers timepiece is 20 ATM (200 Metres) rating, which is suitable for swimming, high-impact water sports and scuba diving.


What is the watch glass made of?

 All of our watches at W ZELEZNIAK have a Sapphire Crystal Glass with a Double coating of Anti-Glare film, giving a glass-less appearance.


How do I replace my battery?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweller should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
